I was on holiday in phuket. Dam near impossible to eat clean. When your on the go touring all day just have to grab what you can. I did have protein bars and shakes in between as meals. On one day I loaded up x3 burger meals stuffed them in my bag and was off all day! I'm .4 kgs lighter today and still have my muscle fullness. Feeling very good and excited to see how strength keeps.
