Osta sarm to bridge

Thinking of using it to bridge between cycles to maintain strength/gains. Would I run it together with pct and continue through till next cycle? At what dosage would I need. Can I run longer then 8 weeks say 12? How effective is it at preserving my gains?
 
yes you would run it during pct and than for another 6-10wks after depending on how long you need to be off AAS.

EX

pct
osta 6mg for 4wks
1st wk after pct:
12.5mg for 8wks.

total 12wks using osta, 8wks from pct.
 
How about maintaing gains? All or some? I'm cruising at 200mg and keeping everything although I should bring down to 150mg. What would be the comparison?
 
What kind of comparison are you after? Do you want us to compare that dosage to a test dosage, is that what you mean? I've been using ostarine at 15mg per day, and would compare it to about 200mg per week of test based on the results I'm getting, but my situation is slightly different to most.
 
Great exactly what I was after. Really after no gains just maintain and see if I don't shutdown. Im on week 5 cruising doing blood work next week for base line. The off test and jump on osta for 12 weeks then do blood again. Interesting to see results
 
from my researches running osta during pct or even after or even between cycles are really popular choices and people totally shown great results with them. I know SS has been on EF for a long time and a lot of people say they are gtg.
 
I'm in 2nd week @20mg Ed. 1st week was a week before pct where I was on holidays not training and eating like shit Still had my 6 meals but every one was like a cheat meal and ended up 1kg fatter. Now it's 2nd week and start of pct I'm sitting at 1kg lighter? Just finished my cut cycle and eating 200 cal above. Heard osta was good for fat loss??

hmm, could be bloat? Osta is 3x more androgenic than test as well. So it might have a little more "drying" effect than the straight test you were on. Just a thought.
 
So, here's my thoughts... I ran osta during pct from helladrol at 25 mg a day... This is the HIGHEST you should ever run it... I not only maintained gains, but added to them... Right after pct I started the osta and s4 stack, which I am currently six weeks into... I am running osta for a total of 12 weeks and s4 for 8 (thats adding in the 4 weeks of osta during pct) Now, as I run this stack, I run alongside my osta, hcgenerate, daa, need2slin, lean xtreme and creatine nitrate... This stack has been nothing short of incredible... I have put on 5 lbs. of lean mass and my strength has gone through the roof... i also forgot to add that I will be running a mini pct after the stack... It will consist of Unleashed, DAA and Bridge... You will want to run a mini pct after an 8 week run
 
I'm running liquidex for bloat. Wondering where all the fat I gain went? No shit was eating burger king x3 a day plus. First week pct is going go although still early. Libido is good and morning wood everyday. Strength has gone up but not sure if because of diet. I just fin cut cycle at 600 calories below. I'm actually getting leaner then when I was cutting. Not sure if I should up more calories?? Currently 200 above and feeling good. Not sure if it's osta making me leaner or I'm catabolic???
 
osta has something to do with it but cutting about the fcking burger kind probably has something to do with it to bro! fck, don't eat that garbage!

3x ED...once a wk is a lot for me. And i needed to get drunk friday night in order to eat it saturday afternoon (doesnt happen often).


Fcuk BK, micky D's, etc. I wish there was a healthy fast food place. somewhere that skinless chicken breasts.



your strength should stay the same pretty much....a lil drop off from the cycle but no crash like natural. SS all day bro
 
I was on holiday in phuket. Dam near impossible to eat clean. When your on the go touring all day just have to grab what you can. I did have protein bars and shakes in between as meals. On one day I loaded up x3 burger meals stuffed them in my bag and was off all day! I'm .4 kgs lighter today and still have my muscle fullness. Feeling very good and excited to see how strength keeps. This early on in I'm pretty impressed. Compared to my usual dreaded pct when size and strength drops, depressed, low libido

Yep 20mg ed. Havnt played around with dosage but this seems like the sweet spot. I'm now lifting same weight/reps for db shoulder press as when I was on my bulk cycle and getting leaner then when I wad on my cut cycle WTF?
 
I don't believe you can use sarms as a bridge and recovery completely. it's essentially an androgen that isn't highly suppressive, kinda like proviron, but in either case, you have to get off and let your LH stabilize. That's the point of UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE -- getting the most of the time when you're recovering.

I assume you are not for low dose Osta in pct then?

I guess you are right in that anything that boosts are endocrine system will hinder recovery and/or suppress natural test. Still hard to not use it though. ;)

Still be better option then to blast/cruise. Doing bloodwork after to see where I'm at. Has it been proven that its suppressive? Interesting to see how suppressive though.
 
Just update currently 4th and last week pct. Maintained nearly all size but strength in bench has dropped big time. All other lifts are holding give or take 5-10lbs. I have seem to be recovering fine no depression hard wood in mornings and nuts back to size. I havnt taken my usual creatine past 2 weeks ran out. Might contribute to some strength loss
 
I ran s4 a week after completing my PCT (dbol cycle ED for 40 days). I was doing 50mgs a day of the s4 for 30 days then I got blood work done a week after I stopped the s4. I'm 22 my normal test level was 748ng/dL and my free test was 22 pg/mL. I can't say it's none supressive for everyone but my levels were actually higher post cycle which is never bad.
