I'm in 2nd week @20mg Ed. 1st week was a week before pct where I was on holidays not training and eating like shit Still had my 6 meals but every one was like a cheat meal and ended up 1kg fatter. Now it's 2nd week and start of pct I'm sitting at 1kg lighter? Just finished my cut cycle and eating 200 cal above. Heard osta was good for fat loss??
I'm running liquidex for bloat. Wondering where all the fat I gain went? No shit was eating burger king x3 a day plus. First week pct is going go although still early. Libido is good and morning wood everyday. Strength has gone up but not sure if because of diet. I just fin cut cycle at 600 calories below. I'm actually getting leaner then when I was cutting. Not sure if I should up more calories?? Currently 200 above and feeling good. Not sure if it's osta making me leaner or I'm catabolic???
I was on holiday in phuket. Dam near impossible to eat clean. When your on the go touring all day just have to grab what you can. I did have protein bars and shakes in between as meals. On one day I loaded up x3 burger meals stuffed them in my bag and was off all day! I'm .4 kgs lighter today and still have my muscle fullness. Feeling very good and excited to see how strength keeps. This early on in I'm pretty impressed. Compared to my usual dreaded pct when size and strength drops, depressed, low libido
I don't believe you can use sarms as a bridge and recovery completely. it's essentially an androgen that isn't highly suppressive, kinda like proviron, but in either case, you have to get off and let your LH stabilize. That's the point of UNLEASHED and POST CYCLE -- getting the most of the time when you're recovering.
I assume you are not for low dose Osta in pct then?
I guess you are right in that anything that boosts are endocrine system will hinder recovery and/or suppress natural test. Still hard to not use it though.![]()
