Ordered from **, but got an empty envelope...

A friend of mine regurarely orders from I**, but the last time he ordered he received nothing so he placed the order again, then he received an empty envelop (he ordered only pills). Has anyone had a simular experience?
Does anyone knows what he can do about it?

Go to the post office and look for the dude with big arms....

Sounds a lot like postal theft to me.

Did you e-mail the man himself and ask tell him?, I say you should and I advise you to be nice to him about it. As far as postal theft that would be rare, unless someone in the post office is spotting his packages and know's the internet sourcing system. BTW, did you check the whole envelpe piece by piece???

Then again. You see if the package has been opened.
If the postman comes at my door and the package was opened:
1) i would check the contenance right then
2) i would refuse to sign for it
3) i would contact he who sent it

but it is always easier after damage has been done to see things.

Using some methods you can see if the envelope was opened. If not then contact the man, there's always a way to negociate something with him.....

just go see talk to the biggest guy at the post office & ask him

Most DEFENITELY strange... I can only think of two things... one he was in a rush mailing stuff and just forgot to put the stuff in or 2. the package was tampered with.... If there was no visible damage to the package then i was have to go with #1.... But Genarr is right, you'll probably never know..
