Is it gyno or is your bodyfat high in the area? there is a difference. If it's gyno you'll need nolva+letrozole, if it's just fat, you can get rid of it with DIET and CARDIO.

I do retain fat in my chest, but I've cut down before and my nips are still puffy. Last year by cutting my bf it did help just a little. Since then I've noticed my right nipple is sensitive and their is a lump underneath. I did go in and my doctor said it's nothing to worry about.

Since there is a lump there and it's sensitive, it sounds like gyno to me. Try the letrozole + nolva combo, works wonders for gyno.
