well my younger brother was a 3.5 year starter for Penn State
128th player takin' in 93 draft
he was cool with it
these guys practice and practically live with each other for 5 years
many close friendships are formed between "stars" and "scrubs"
sure everyone wants to play
and that's the point

Good post....

I played D-1 ball for 3 years....and I can tell you that no one wants to get yanked from a bowl game.....but giving the second and third strings a run is the way it is and should be.

i love pete carrol as a coach
too bad he did not do well in the nfl
but as an asst in the 9er system he seem to do well
