Anyone know what otc pain meds are safe to take while on winstrol?

Aleve is probably your best bet.Its same thing as script naprosyn.Any oral goes thru the liver so stay away from tylenol(acetaminophen).Ibuprophen can be hard on the stomach.as well as kidneys and liver.but only in high doses.I wouldnt worry about any if used in moderation.as with anything,moderation is the key.-lll---lll- said:

What other drugs will affect Winstrol (stanozolol)?
Before taking stanozolol, talk to your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:
an anticoagulant (blood thinner) such as warfarin (Coumadin); or
insulin or an oral diabetes medicine such as glipizide (Glucotrol), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase, Micronase), glimepiride (Amaryl), chlorpropamide (Diabinese), acetohexamide (Dymelor), tolbutamide (Orinase), tolazamide (Tolinase), and others.
You may require a dosage adjustment or special monitoring if you are taking any of the medicines listed above.

i take no painkillers while on, actually i dont take any while on, they r just not good for u physically, its better 2 fight thru the pain naturally then have ur body build a tolerance and be dependent on the drug 2 where u always hurt IMO

Even if you have stomach problems, you can try taking zantac with them. In many people, stomach problem will not happen if you take zantac at the same time.
Very little effect on liver.
There is a possibility that these medicines may have small effect on your muscle gains.

NSAIDs have a number of other potentially beneficial effects, too, including a huge reduction in the long-term risk of Alzheimers disease, and potential reductions in the rates of heart disease and other inflammation-mediated conditions. Also, reducing inflammation quickly after injury often helps with healing -- this is why people ice strained joints. (Of course, many steroids are also anti-inflammatories.)
I really like using Ibuprofen daily; it's cheap if you buy from Costco.
But if it gives you an upset stomach, naproxen or aspirin also work well. Tylenol is tough on the liver.
If you need something stronger than over-the-counter painkillers, chances are that something's not right.
