Oral winstrol, cloudy and clumpy

So a friend of mine has some oral suspension winstrol. He had had them for about 1.5 years and has not gotten around to using them. He got them out the other day and they have become very cloudy and when he tried to draw out the liquid with the built in dropper, it gets clogged because of the powder. It is 50 mg/ml and in 30 ml bottles. Its from a very trusted source so please no comments on it being bunk. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal or is this stuff no good anymore?

Have him put the vial in a steaming pot of water. Make sure to add a pin to the top of the vial so it can vent and heat up for about 10-15 minutes (Do not submerege the entire vial in water about 3/4). Use a hand mit or whatever when you take it (so you dont burn your hands) out and shake the livin crap out of it for a few minutes this should bring it back into a solution
