1. Strength & Muscle Gains
Anadrol: Often yields more dramatic strength and mass gains due to its higher potency. However, much of the initial size is water weight.
Dbol: Also very effective for size and strength, but slightly less potent than Anadrol milligram for milligram.
2. Dosage
Anadrol: Common doses are 25–100 mg/day. Very potent even at lower doses.
Dbol: Common doses are 20–50 mg/day. Higher doses can lead to more estrogenic effects.
3. Water Retention
Anadrol: Causes significant water retention, even more than Dbol. This can inflate strength but may obscure lean gains.
Dbol: Also causes bloating, but generally less than Anadrol.

Dbol: More likely to cause gynecomastia and oily skin/acne.
