Oral Question

1-4 weeks pyramid from 200mg to 1g of test e (tried dbol but got sick from them, so I discontinued it after a couple of days. That also explains the pyramid start).

5-10 test e 500mg
4-14 eq 500mg
10-14 test e 250mg

4-10 40mg/day anavar
(10-14 30mg of dbol)?

1-5 T3 12.5mcg/day to 50mcg/day (pyramid up then back down)

I decided to flip the bill and add anavar. I also increased the test to 750mg.

My question is I can't grow (scale weight) on this stuff. This is my first cutting cycle and didn't know if this is normal. I was on proviron 25mg/day, nova (only for a week), and T3 50mcg/day. I started at 212lbs (scale weight) and around 17%bodyfat. Now I'm 212lbs (scale weight) and around 12% bodyfat. I've always gained 10-20lbs in 4-5weeks on bulk cycles (test/deca/dbol). Is this normal for the amount of gear I’m taking? My AAS is ICN for test, GTP for eq and anavar.

I feel skinny! I'm 5'10 and eat 200g of protein supplements per day + 100g from food.
Here's a sample of my food through one day...

morning- protein shake 40g/whole wheat bagel with peanut butter.
mid morning-atkins bar/protein shake 40g
lunch-protein shake 60g/turkey(w/cheese) and bread sandwich
after lunch-energy bar/protein shake 40g
after work-protein shake 40g
dinner-chicken and veggies/protein shake 40g
bedtime-protein shake 40g
(this eating schedule changes this is just an example)

I'm thinking of adding dbol for my last 4 weeks at 30 or 40mg per day what do ya guys think? I know it's two orals in one cycle but I'm kind of depressed from the diet. I look better but never felt massive...
 
You're on a cutting cycle!! You've decreased your bf% without loosing any weight. That means you've made gains, so WTF are you complaining about? Also, that's the most rediculous cycle I've ever seen. There is no logic behind it what so ever. Im not even gonna speak on the test levels. Then you start the eq on wk4?? That should've been started from day 1.

This whole cycle needs help. Somebody else will have to answer this one, I gotta headache already from trying to understand this post.

You Should have started Test & EQ On Day one(No need to pyramid)

ure more than lucky man ure dieting and usin t3 and still losin fat and makin a bit of gains!!!what the fuck t3 made me loose strenght even under 1g of test week!
 
I thought theres a differents in bulking and cutting? How do ppl think they will gain weight if your cutting? If you want to gain you cant just take in protein alone you need cals too..Your taking t3 you aint going to be moving the scale up thats for sure..You want weight and size and see the scale move bulk! If your not happy with the size you are now just keep bulking then when your were you want to be then cut and maintain...I dont see me cutting till i hit at least 225 because your going to take a lose when you cut anyway you slice it...Just my opinion...

Bro first things first here your diet sucks and thats what is contibuting to your "lack" lack of gains, your eating way too many bars and too many shakes when you should be eating more whole foods....also your using T3 and just from that alone if you want to spare muscle loss then you should be eating a shit lot more food....you need to decide here BULK or CUT as the drugs dont make a cycle cutting or bulking ITS ALL DIET for that......and the diet is just the tip of the ice berg here with the cycle the whole thing as said above wasnt thought out at all....sorry if it seems like im ripping ya here but im just trying to help ya out....last thing that really jumped out is the fact you said the d bol made you sick in the beginning but yet you say your planning on using it in the end??? :rolleyes: i dunno bro but ya need to sit down and start with the diet and go from there, no decent diet plan NO decent gains.....if you have any other questions just ask we are all here to learn bro.......peace

No problem! Nothing personal just wanted some feed back on my issues. I know this cycle is f**ked up. I've been on and off this board for sometime and understand some of the textbook cycles but sh*t happened to me that I thought wouldn't. I got this new source (friend from work) and he had great prices. I got some test (icn) some dbol (naps) and some yellow top decas (organon). Well I took some pics and sent it to a friend (this guy knows his stuff) and started my cycle. Within 2 weeks he sent back a message that my decas are fake. So the deca went in the trash (and yes I was pissed) and I ordered from my other source, which was the EQ and anavar. It was week 4 when I received these . . . and that’s the story but it’s not an excuse. My test went down because I thought it was a good way to get rid of bloat (I’m kind of new with dieting).

I know the rule always get everything before starting!

The dbol for some reason made me feel kind of funny (high) and made my side hurt (yes the side of the liver and that was only after 20mg) and that is why I discontinued it. Have any of you experience this? I have used dbol TT and russian before without any problem!

I am going to start eating more and bulk up for the winter.
Would any of you recommend adding dbol or is that to many orals?

yeah we all know shit tends to happen especially when ya wanna start but just make sure to start ONLY (i know ya said your aware of this but i just wanna drive that point home) when ya got everything....hard to help getting a fake and that just out right blows.....i would just keep things like ya have them and skip out on the oral in the end, the high feeling im not quite sure what ya mean there but when i take D's i notice just a general sense of well being and maybe thats what your considering as a "high"....whatever you decide bro GOODLUCK.....peace
 
You went from ~36lbs of fat to ~25lbs of fat while holding the same weight. Most guys would kill to put on 10+lbs of lean mass while cutting 5% body fat. If you're not satisfied at 212 then maybe a cutter isn't the cycle for you...although I think you'll be happier in the log run if you drop some of the BF and then focus on adding qaulity lean mass with your next cycle rather than just beefing (bloating) up with lots of D-Bol.

As for your diet...you really should be getting the majority of your protein from whole foods. Protein powder is called a SUPPLEMENT for a reason. I suggest keeping the protein shakes to 2x per day...one after your workout and one before bed. Pick up a bunch of canned tuna and chicken to use for quick shots of protein. Have chicken/pork/salmon/beef with a pile of fresh veggies at dinner. Breakfast...1/2 cup oatmeal, egg whites (with one yolk), cottage cheese, high protein cereal (like Kashi Go Lean), lowfat yogurt, fresh fruit, whole wheat toast with ANPB...lots of choices. Snacks...fresh fruit (I eat at least 3-4 pieces a day), almonds, walnuts (careful on the serving size with nuts), lowfat cheese sticks, fresh veggies. Lunch...a big salad with 8oz of grilled chicken breast, nice thick sandwich with a pile of lunchmeat and lowfat cheese (go with mustard instead of mayo), large can of white albacore tuna mixed with a little lowfat ranch dressing. These are just some examples...the point is to stick with whole foods as much as possible, eat LOTS of fresh fruits and veggies, protein shakes to SUPPLEMENT your intake, and keep your carb intake minimal in the evening (no rice, pasta, potatoes, bread with dinner).

this is exactly what i was talking about start with your diet, if i were you (not you jobu but the guy who started this thread) copy and paste what jobu just wrote and base your diet around the points he made for you...that is exactly the kind of things you want to eat not just on cycle but ALL THE TIME (save a cheat meal here and there) bulk or cut the basic foods listed remain maybe in different quantities.....good post and something more people should pay attention to........peace
 
not bd lowering the bodyfat that much that in itself is a gain...

its cool to expierement with doses and what not but make it eas on urself

run it 15 weeks ..ur all good
