agreed, but im just defending oral-only cycles to a certain extent. they are short, sweet and usually offer clean keepable gains.

Since everyone else has given most of the good stuff, when you're ready:

1-4 dbol 25mg/day
2-8 50mg var/day
6-10 sustain

breakfast, you have 0 protein. a huge problem.
lunch, not much protein.

from the looks of it you're getting about 80 grams of protein daily, which for putting on muscle will never get you any results ever.

you need 50 grams of protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with high protein snacks in between each meal, and a protein shake after workouts. That should get you to 200 grams + which is bare minimum for putting on muscle at your weight. When I bulk, I take in 4000 calories a day. 1600 of which come from protein.

Proetein is lacking huge, and I know I sound like a broken record, but you will never get big or strong eating like that. Even with steroids, that won't even be subpar for putting on quality mass.

Bro... take my advise from somebody who has been in a similar situation... WAIT!!

It sounds like you are trying to take bodybuilding more serious which is great. But let me tell you... its much better to wait until you got your routine down before you start juicing. It looks like you don't even have your diet down or even understand the importance of protein.

It's not worth the money, effort, legal risk, acne unless you can take full advantage of it.

With that being said... just go with some anavar :)

I have tried oral only and the only thing that didn't seem to mess me up much was anavar, and winny for less than 6 weeks. After that, my test levels started to die. Orals are always good for a few weeks then you need some test.
