okay flat out you dont need anything extra but foood..all you need to do is feed your muscles at 190

tell us what an average day of food looks like to you....show meal by meal

i thought i was eating a ton and "thought" i had a propper diet when i started lifting btw i was WRONG....once i started eating the right foods and the right amount, i started growing like a weed without aas

we'll help you out here just show us what ur daily diet looks like

Breakfast - Toast, Cereal (sometimes porridge) bananna
lunch - pasta meal, or sandwiches, + fruit. (Good size lunch)
dinner - v good sized meal e.g chicken with lots of carbs (I just love mash spuds)
late evening - yoghurt, fruit (or scrambled eggs on toast)

well, i would say it's a NO to orals only for a first time. I ran an all oral cycle, and was very pleased with the results.


I fyou want, for a first time, run an oral with injectable testosterone. That's what I did.

ahh theres the problem... what do you think your getting in here maybe 2000 cals, i f that? not enough protein it seems as well - ill give you an example of what one of my days looks like
 
i used to have a needle phobia, but i overcame it by injecting myself for the first time while drunk, lol. ever since then it hasn't bothered me at all, i can jab all day every day.

more on topic, oral-only cycles are underestimated by a lot of peeps. Turanibol is a great oral only cycle, as well as anavar. and anadrol is good for strength, hell even dbol. i gained about 15 pounds from a six week OT cycle, and increased my bench by about 25-30 pounds. and kept ALL the gains...

meal 1 -

protein shake
1 fruit
1 probiotic
1 cup toasted oats
6 eggs whites


meal 2 -
3 oz chicken breast
3 oz steak
1/2 baked potatoe
1/2 cup veggies

meal 3-
protein shake
1 fruit
1 probiotic

meal 4 -
3oz chicken breast
3 oz steak
1/2 bake potatoe

meal 5 -

cottege cheese (slow digesting proteins b4 bed)
3 hard boiled eggs (no egg yolks)

btw i'll usually snack inbetween meals with some beef jerky with low sodium or sliced turkey from the deli

^^ btw i eat a lot more when im bulking

here lies the problem!!!

yes but he obviously needs to bulk and test is something that is just irreplaceable in a bulking cycle with an oral
