Well....i have this store......natural nutrition.......they sell there 10 pound bucket of this stuff for 63 dollars......is that a good price......they sell there 5 pound bucket of it for 35 dollars.....and i was wandering also whats the difference bewtween Optimum pro complex????? and Optimum whey %100 protein?????....which woudl be better to take after i workout

vitamin shoppe its 31 for 5 lbs so you can def get it for like 45-50 bucks online for the 10 lb'r The more you buy the cheaper it should get.

This should work fine for you. Don't stress much about the pro complex one or the regular 100% whey, worry more about getting enough protein into you on a daily basis (1-1.5 g. per pound of body weight) more than what kind of protein your taking in.

WTF are you talking about?? The Optimum Whey Protein comes in its bag that's labeled. Are you thinking that Allsports dumps some whey protein in a bag and put it for sale??? Don't think so. Only place i know that bags its protein is ProteinFactory.

These guys @ Mass Nutrition deliver pretty damn good service

and I've yet to see better prices on any product.
