optimum way to run eq?

When taking a cycle of test cyp @500mg/wk adn eq @ 400mg/wk, is it better to run the test and eq in the same shot and shoot it all in the ass or is it better to hit the test @250mg/shot mon/thur and the Eq @200mg on those same days or to run the EQ @ 100 mg EOD? Thanks

You could get away with shooting once a week but I would go with the mon/thur regimen.

i inject 200mgs of eq on saturday and inject 50mgs ed totalling out 550mgs of eq a wk

How long have u been on...and how are your results. I am jealous I am anly running 400mg/EQ and 400mg Enatha /wk.
