what is everyones opinion regarding the best cycle for a sport like rugby or football (soccer to some) or wrestling?
bearing in mind that excess weight is unwanted, and that power strength and speed are the primary goals.
as a second question is there any value to doing three week cycles, this is the length that charlie francis first used with his sprinters (although that was over 20 years ago). the rational he gave was that by keeping cycles short you could avoid a crash and loss when you come off.
would a cycle of
eq 1*/wk 300
deca 200/wk
winny 30/d
be a good starting point, assuming that the sport is untested?
