Optimal Cycle Length for Anavar

Hi...me again asking more questions!

I was looking at the weeks ahead and where I have my major events that I want to be in superfit form for....sad I know they are not figure competitions but it does involve a bikini :D...my hen do in Marbella end of September and my wedding / honeymoon end of November.

I wanted to know what cycle length of Anavar gives the best results and what will happen to my gains during the "off" period?

I want to make sure the timing is right.

Thanks in anticipation of your replies

Hi Annie and welcome to EF!

In order to obtain great results, the first thing you need to do is get your diet in check. Please post what you eat and drink throughout the day and we'll be able to twak it.

Someone else will come and help you with the Anavar.

Hi Thandie - thanks

Usually I eat the following:-

7am Egg white omlette for b'fast
10am apple
1pm 130g Tuna green salad
3.30 apple / banana / nat yog- if not on road
6.30 fish or chicken with brocoli
9.30 protein drink

However this week I am coming back after illness and my diet was awful throughout

7am 4 egg whites + 1 egg yolk omlette
10am 1/2 protein bar
1pm protein shake
3.30 1/2 protein bar
6.30 Tuna steak
9.30 protein shake

aiminmg for 4 litres of water per day.

I know the above diet is extreme but just doing for a week to kick start me back into the routine

Hi Annie, It's good you have frequent meals, however you need complex carbs and more whole foods. I'll come back this evening and give you some suggestions. Right now I gotta run!

12 weeks is a good amount of time on Anavar. Make sure you start out low on the mg and work your way up if no sides.

I am big on safety. You should have your blood work done after you finish. Var drops your good cholesterol. It is an eye opener when you see it.
Due to the safety thing I am big on using the least amount necessary to achieve your desired results. So make sure your meal plan and routine are 100%. You will maximize your results that way.
Keep a journal and let us watch your progress! :)

Hi Thandie - thanks

Usually I eat the following:-

7am Egg white omlette for b'fast (Meal #1 have 4 egg whites and 1/3 cup of oatmeal (uncooked)
10am apple (#2 post workout Protein drink if you train in the morning)
1pm 130g Tuna green salad (#3 This is good, but have 1/2 cup brown rice as well)
3.30 apple / banana / nat yog- if not on road (#4 You can have the apple with 1 teaspoon peanut butter, providing you don't binge on it)
6.30 fish or chicken with brocoli (#5 Excellent)
9.30 protein drink(I don't think you need an additional PD here)

However this week I am coming back after illness and my diet was awful throughout

7am 4 egg whites + 1 egg yolk omlette
10am 1/2 protein bar
1pm protein shake
3.30 1/2 protein bar (THis version is not very good. Too much process and not enough carbs)
6.30 Tuna steak
9.30 protein shake

aiminmg for 4 litres of water per day.

I know the above diet is extreme but just doing for a week to kick start me back into the routine

Remember to drink plenty of water and green tea throughout the day.

Thanks Thandie - can I ask another question though - Oatmeal - is that what we call porridge? ie rolled oats?
On the second one - I just wanted really low carbs to help with fat loss.

the 1st one - should actually look like this - again I have been dropping the carbs

#1 bowl of porridge
#2 apple
#3 tuna & rice
#4 fruit & nat yog
#5 any meat & green veg
#6 protein drink

I train at night so the protein drink at the end is my postworkout drink.

I plan to only do low carbs for a week - then get back to normal.....I know I joke about not doing figure competitions but secretly I kinda would like to...but dont tell anyone ;)

Thanks again

As I mentioned, you need carbs even when cutting. You're hardly getting any carbs in your meals. You should definitely lower your carbs and calories all together, but not to the extend of eliminating them.
