Here is my up coming cycle.... I hope you guys like.

75mgs ED Tren
100mgs Prop/100mgs susp EOD
80mgs IP Anavar ED

.5 mg Armidex

clomid post cycle

ALA 3-5 grams ED, ECA, GINGER, maybe creatine and dextrose.

Diet.... about 300 grams of protein... 200 grams of carbs.. fats about 15% of calories... shooting for 2500-3000 cals ED.

Let me know what you think.

I know you are getting it really cheap, but I still wouldn't take 5 grams of ALA a day. The rest looks picture perfect to me.
 
The days I take 5 grams of ALA will be on my highest calorie and carb days...... I really want to lean out on this cycle. I have taken 6 grams a day for the last few days with no problems.
 
Are you trying to put on size or strenth in this cycle. For building you know your calories are certainly too low. I have an LBM of 170 now and cannot gain at all with under 4500 cals. Also if your LBM is over 150 then you will need more protien then that to have best results from your cycle. Your stack looks good however.
 
I am mostly trying to cut... did a cycle similar this a couple of months ago and lost some good fat while adding some mass. My goals is to lose 15 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle. Some say this isn't possible but I have seen what I can do and know for myself it is possible. But yes, if I wanted to put on some serious mass my calories would needed to be higher... one thing that you should consider is everyone's metabolism is different. I can gain 15 pounds of fat in 2 weeks if I ate bad. Muscle is the same way. While 15 pounds isn't possible without AS in 2 weeks, I can gain about 3-5 pounds in 6 weeks naturally. My metabolism is just that way. That is why my diet is like so.

I was wondering how long for each too. You might want to think about upping the arimidex to .75mg ED. I usually wait for the creatine for post cycle, seems to help with some of the strength. Also for cutting I like too keep the carbs down to 100g a day all pre-workout-not counting the shake afterward-and up the protien 100g to keep the calories the same. Might want to add EQ if you have the cash, I love the stuff and after hearing jc tak about ganabol I might ditch the QV. Anyway shoot me a PM or email if you got your ALA in.
 
Yeah I know 2500-3000 calories is low but I can do it a still gain..... Yes it is for football, so I am only running it for 6 weeks... may let the anavar run for longer.

I was thining about EQ but stays in the system way too long. Tren has been suggested to only hang around for 5 weeks or so. I finish mid June... chances are I won't have a drug test till October.... with all the training football requires I am sure it will be flushed out of my system by then.

Thanks bros. I will think about the calories.. thing is I am qb and can't gain too much mass.
