45min-1hour per lifting session. Get in, lift hard and heavy, get home and get your PWO meals going.

I lift 4 times a week.

back/deads
shoulders
day off
squats
day off

repeat

Sometimes I'll throw cardio in there for a 6 day a week thing, but only when cutting.



Lifting twice a day is over doing it if your life doesn't completely revolve around bbing like the pros.
