Opinions on Sonata - For sleep

Is this stuff any good? I finally conned my Doc into writing me a script for it. I'm about to start my fina/sus cycle and knew that sleeping would really be tough. I know that thris thread has been discussed at length but I do not recall any mention of "SONATA" Thanks guys

It's not going to knock you out. It is actually used for people who have trouble staying asleep, not falling asleep. I use it. Take it 20 minutes before you go to bed. The good thing is that it's out of your system in 4 hours, so you won't feel groggy when you wake.
