opinions on softball glove

Ok guys, someone stole my mitt and I am buying a new one this week. Those of you that play, throw some opinions my way.

I hate buying a new glove as it is harder then shopping for a new car.

I have always used Wilson brand whether it was when I played baseball or softball. Great gloves in my opinion.

We have a softball complex where people come from all over the US and Canada for tournaments.



I don't understand it either, we just used to play as a reason to drink. Now that's fun, watching drunk people trying to catch pop ups.

dont give a shit what brand it is, get one that is cumfy!! break that sucker in real nice and put vasoline and shit on it and get it soft. it takes a while to get used to it. i love baseball!!!!! bats are a different story!! havent played for a while but those fucking red lince c-cores were the shit back in the day when they called me big daddy as i was the cleanup hitter in hs. that was before i ever even touched a weight, and i was still starting firstbaseman, pitcher and clean up hitter for the number one team in the state. i am gifted for baseball!!!

What postition do you play? It's recommended anywhere from a 13 to 15 inch mit. I have a 15 inch wilson outfielders mit and I love it. I also used two cans of Hot Mit conditioner, which acceraltes the break in process. However, Rawlings, Franklin, and Misuno are also quality mits. My .02.
