You can't penalize people for something they "might" do. Why don't you look at the percentages of black males serving time in U.S. prisons. You can't go door to go and go "hello mr. black male, we have concluded that you are X times more likely than mr. white male to commit a crime. please report to the state prison at your earliest convenience." It's stupid. How is saying: "you must pay more for insurance because you 'might' get into an accident" any less stupid?
