Operation lose all my muscle :)

started

low dosage of test,
low dosage of deca,
dnp 200ed for 4 weeks. last week 600mg/day, last few days 800mg
t3 20 mcg a week

extreme low cal ( 6-7X weight)
and 50 min of cardio 6 times a week.


Looking to get cut no matter how much muscle lose :)

this will just be the first phase of a massive bulking cycle, so i'm hoping i gain it all back and more. i plan to diet hard core, dnp, t3 low cal, go into bulking off a ndp anabolic rebound and kicked in test and deca, here is my cycle below:

im not really a tren fan. too many sides for me. bloody noses, no sleep , thristy as hell. maybe i will get some winny to add with that primo
 
At 7xbw cal intake with that much cardio, I think you're going to die.

I do this kinda shit all the time. I look in the mirror and think "You fat fucker!" and I then go on a super low cal tons of cardio type routine. But it doesn't work. Our bodies are too smart for that. They WILL drop your BMR. They will hold on to fat. You will lose muscle.

Don't do it bro. Up your cals to at least 10. And do cardio, do it but do interval sprints.

BMR can only drop so low. Check out Mr. X's post above on the "Not So Natural Fat-Fast", that would work well for your cutting phase I would think as besides the tren, you have most of the required "supplements"...just switch it to carb-based when you run the DNP. Can you update us on how this goes when your done? I'd be very interested.

bro, im on DNP and t3. metabolism is not an issue.

lots of veggies in my diet too.

however If i stop posting you will know what happened!
