Just figured i would make a thread that everyone can post the supps and everything else they are taking while on the project.
Creatine Mono, Glutamine,
Animal Pak (most likely), Amp 02 (if i can figure out how to order it another way besides paypal)
ON Choco Mint Protein

then i figure ill load up on
tuna, broccolli, aspharagus, spinach, chicken, salmon, red meat, oats, and tons of eggs!

anybody feel free to pitch in and comment tweak mine or anyone elses shoplist

Vitamin Shoppe OR BodyBuilding.com for Protein powders and "quircky" supps.
 
Proteins: Whey Isolate PWO; blended protein (if having other times, containing whey; casein; egg)
Aminos: glutamine (still awaiting order)
Stim: San Tight (still awaiting order)
Other performance aids: creatine, beta alanine.

Food, for protein: salmon, chicken, beef, kangaroo, eggs, low/non fat milk/cheese
Carbs: beans, butternut squash (which sometimes affect my skin colour), sweet potato, oats, skim or 1% milk
fat: eggs, fish oil, salmon, occasionally PB (but this is dangerous for me)
Other veggies: addicted to onions, red capsicums, but force myself to eat spinach and brocolli along side (also eat most other veggies)

Snacks: carrots, red capsicums, strawberries, oranges, apples, milk

My biggest fear is that my insomnia (I struggle to sleep for more than 2 hours in a row) occasionally results in undesirable, nocturnal eating habits - downing bowls of just right for eg (and not standard size bowls. This has probably prevented me from ever getting very ripped.
 
Proteins, I'm taking Dynamix ISO 100 when I'm at home. I have a small container of Low Carb Metabolic Drive (Blended) for when I'm at work.
Aminos: L-Glutamine, I might start popping the rest of my BCAA's for the last month.
Stim: ZIP!, when that runs out this month, I'll grab the Lipoultra stack from AGX
Other Aids: CLA, Creatine

Foods: Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Cheese, mixed nuts, Whole Grain Wheat Bread, Sweet Potato, Fish Oil, Spinach, Mixed Lettuce. Also, two meals out of the month is whatever the army feeds me, heh.

The whole food thing is subject to change as I try out the recipes from needto, I recently tried out his citrus Turkey recipe. It was seriously delicious. I would make it even if I wasn't trying to eat clean.

i've never tried it. can we eat all natural peanut butter omega?

This is a Quirky thing I have noticed but I has always been against ADDED fats like butter, PB, and even some oils.

Olive oil, MCT oil, and flax are about the only thing I have seen every body type be able to eat and not get a deposit of fattyness in the skin or bloat.

I have seen Endomorphs get shredded and the MOMENT they had cream in their coffee, or PB and othe ADDED fats like that
they seem to be predisposed to fatty skin.

I know this sounds wierd lol, since a calorie is a calorie, but I have also seen enough to know what to stay away from. AND PB for me is one of those choices
