smashed my fuckin ipod screeen....again!..this time doing overhead single dumbell extensions. that fuckin nano is so light I forget its in my pocket. I guess I gotta use that POS armband I got. thank god my friend just bought the exact one and paid the extra 30 bucks for best buy insurance. He is gonna take mine back and give me a new one... woo hoo.
