•••Liquid Clen Vs Tabs•••

i just started using liq clen . first day 1 pump 2x - got a tinggle feeling all day
today day 2 i sprayed 6 shots under my tounge--holly shit
shakes all day, cramps like you would not belive, sweatin like a fu*kin pig and a headache. i have sean some post 100 - 160 mcg per day of this stuff- no way. Tomorrow i am going with 2 - 3 shots. Mine is fruit punch flavor and the label it reads not for human consumption- whats that all about?

honestly ag liquid clens about twice as strong as when i used to do clen in pill form...i've been up to 120mcg's on pills and at 80 mcg's of the liquid shit i got the shakes so bad i bumped down to 60mcg's which still felt at least as strong as 12omcg's of the pills. i know it doesn't make sense maybe the liquid hits faster or something but that liquidclen is ridiculous...

I use 200 mcg a day with trex,those are some shakes. It's pill form though not the liquid.
 
Is there anyway to not goet the shakes, like could you just use 40mcg a day or would this not cause sufficient fatloss? Also theres no way to prevent insomnia correct, unless you take sleeping meds, since it has a long halflife?

Take clen in the AM, before noon, shouldn't cause sleep problems. Use small dosages at first and work your way up, the 2 week cycle on/off should be sufficient.
