if you're trying to shed bodyfat, I would go at least 5-10% below BMR

I'm not sure where they are located, but I'm in Eastern MS. I ordered I think monday night and got mine friday morning. I will say that they answer emails extremely quickly. I'm happy so far, but mine was liquidvia...no clen. Maybe I'll try that, but I'm already at like 11% bf I just can't get my bottom two abs to show unless flexing extremely hard, but they usually still dont show.
