3-4 lbs a week is what's expected. Just give it time. Are you running test with it or just dbol alone?

if you think that 3lbs is muscle you should be dissapointed hahaha welcome to water wight sir..it will leave you as fast as it comes and then you will think you lost all your gains

anything more than 3 is bad IMO. I dont want to be all bloaty.. for some its welcomed but not for me.
You won't lose all your gains with proper pct but a lot of it will be water weight. You should still see some gains but without testosterone your really losing a lot.

what are your stats?
the people who say they gain a ton of weight fast are guys who are so below their genetic potential that they could take creatine and have a general workout strategy put together and gain 30 pounds without AAS.
those guys that have those skinny chests you see at the gym who are benching 85 pounds and struggling

you have a high metabolism and are probably young, give it time. the AAS isn't the solution here. as you get older you will develop more into a man, i used to be your size in high school and muscular.. very low bf. i was in the 120's and i competed in the 129 weight class for weightlifting.. i was ripped with an 8 pack but it was LEAN MUSCLE. we ran everyday for weightlifting for 45 minutes in 90 degree weather to keep our weights down.
now in my 30's i am 185 bro at the same height. its taken me years to develop a strong base.. the difference is my diet is much better, i am more developed as a man, i have the experience to know how to workout, and most importantly cut down on the cardio (swimming, running) and start throwing around heavy weight. good things will happen.
you can start with carbs in the morning for breakfast.. waffles, pancakes.. you will gain 20 pounds very fast carb loading in the am. trust me on this. also i want you to down a dozen eggs a day.. cage free omega eggs. if you have to eat them raw so be it.
the dbol is gonna make you more hungry but keep in mind AAS does not help you reach your genetic potential which for you is probably 60 pounds more than you weigh now, it hinders it. sounds weird but its true
^^^ you have LEAN muscle. but there is a difference between that and muscle mass.
are you hitting your legs hard too? you are YOUNG, when you get older you will develop more. steroids aren't gonna help you develop faster though, if anything they can hinder development. remember this. allow your body to mature on its own.. in 10 years lets see where you are at.
i know very little about MS so cannot advise you there.. might want to check with your doctor, maybe he can prescribe you something better.
that is impressive you look like that and have MS, i would say everyone has something wrong with them that hurts them in some ways.. some of us have asthma, some have bad genetics, some have ligament/tendon injuries, etc etc.
