Firstly, i'm glad i live in Australia, lol.

Secondly, bouncers here are treated with contempt by the police and the courts, so it's likely if it happened here that the bouncers would be in alot of trouble.

Thirdly, i can't believe there were not witnesses.

when I went to josh's I paid my 20$ and bargained for a 2 for 1 deal on the 2 babes I was with...worked for me,I didn't grovel and got a little break..the girls would have gotten in free if I wasn't with them.

If I got hit with 2x4`s and the cops came, I would be stripped naked showing them where they left marks on me. No way I`m leaving that place (even if it`s outside) without the cops getting the whole story. I would drag everybody back inside to the room where they have the freaking 2x4`s. Show them exactly how it happened.


I would suddenly fall down on the ground because of my pinched nerve in my back and let me tell ya... My screams are as loud as shit and THEY DON`T STOP until an ambulance comes.

he tried all that. Cops still have no power to enter the premises w/o a warrant. The bouncers lied right through their teeth and denied everything. They basically said any bruises were from him fighting with them inside. Not from some outlandish story of being chained to a chair and beaten by 3 guys. The bouncers laughed at him when he tried to explain that to the cops. Trying to make it sound like he's a wacko. Bouncers are pretty good at that psychological trick thing these days!

In a nutshell, Cops don't have time for he said/she said drama since they have to be on their way to the next fight in a couple minutes. Bouncers take full advantage of that.
