thats awesome!! you've made some amazing improvements over time. i cant believe you've been going since february, thats a long time!

I just started committing to a healthier lifestyle recently (like 2 weeks ago, lol) I already have seen some positive changes, but I definately cant wait until I get through some more weeks of it, and make this a long tradition, like you have.

But if that isnt available Tylonel (sp) PM does wonders for me

Awh thank you!!! :rose: Yeah you definitely have to be in it for the long haul for sure. But man, the results are priceless! Best of luck to you on your committment. Stick to your guns! You should take before/after pics for yourself. It really is an awesome tool for keeping the motivation/drive going. ESPECIALLY when you begin to see the comparison.

ok no more I promise

But yeah i am low also, fat seems to melt off then all of a sudden the last little bit is a BIOTCH to get rid of.

I am starting YES tomorrow so maybe that will get me over the hump

Benadryl and Dramamine (as well as generic versions of these) work just the same, without the Tylenol... It is all the same drug, Diphenhydramine HCl.

Yes, DEFINITELY do the hot shower and exfoliate before applying. You should see the difference when you apply it fresh out of the shower vs. not. Unreal difference. Definitely apply after shower/exfoliating.

i dont have much BF but i carry alot of water in my abs

I wake up I am ripped as hell cause of no water but come 9pm I am bloated with water weight. I HATE IT hoping YES can help me
