Onion juice triples testosterone levels?

I might run an 8 week cycle of onion juice and front load it for the first 4 weeks with 2 jugs of carrott juice.

I'll use honey mustard dressing while ON.... 4 squirts AM 4 squirts PM

I will have breath-mints and plenty of toilet paper on-hand to deal with sides.

PCT will include apricots,plums and a handfull of mixed nuts and will start 2 days after my last mouthfull of onion juice.

Am probably forgetting something but wish me good luck fellas , i'm gonna swell up on this one :)

If you take garlic and put it in a spray bottle and huff it is where the real magic begins. But it dangerous and I only recommend it to the vets.

Man you need to do some more research, your pct sucks! Apricots and plums are outdated and just don't cut it anymore. If you must run them (I recommend you don't) run it like this...

Plums 150/100/100/50
Apricots 20/10/10/10

And run the nuts throughout the cycle not just pct.

I injected onion juice

Gained 30 lb lean muscle on it
Great stuff 10 week cycle

Kickstarted it with 50 mg carrots THE first 6 weeks ed

Good beginner cycle
 
I recommend everyone drink a veggie shake in the morning. it doesn't take long.. just mix up a bunch of veggies and use carrots as a base so the taste is bearable. 1% of the country gets enough veggies

Good point, everyone fills their face with rice, potatoes and grains and think they are getting good carbs :)
 
so sweet potatos and oats aren't good carbs?:confused:

Sweet potatoes arent actually potatoes and are good, I was referring more to the starchy potatoes. As for oats, its a grain and as such brings with it many of the toxins derived from storage as well as gluten.
 
We should add these into the new pct for 2012!!

I actually read in Flex magazine that garlic and onion do increase test levels.. but i think i'll stick to hcgenerate, unleashed, phytoserms...
