One week 'super cut' - possible?

Hi Guys,

Current: 5'11 - 38 - 200 lbs - 10% bf

Question: From a diet, weightlifting, cardio, supplement, etc. perspective, what would you recommend to look your all out best within a 7 day period? I train and eat well as part of my lifestyle, but am curious to see what happens if I take a week to 'super cut' in order to look my best for a specific date. To note, I am on 160mg/week of test cyp (doc's prescription). On hand I have clen, t3, ECA, albuteral, DNP, winstrol, test prop, and a handful of other fat burners/supplements. I have considered 6 days of 400mg DNP as I want to lose another 3-5 pounds of fat for the summer as it is but fear that I will still be bloated a few days after I stop. My semi-uneducated guess here is a ton of cardio, high protein, low fat, and very very low carbs as far as diet and working out is concerned. But I really do not know if this is the best approach. Also, I realize that winstrol takes a while to really kick in but I wonder if you can get some drying out effects after a week with 100mg ED? Any thoughts and/or feedback is appreciated. Please skip the, 'you should have thought about this months ago and planned accordingly', 'You are dumb, DNP will kill you', 'You're just a NOOB asking the same question that has been asked 1000 times on here' etc. type responses constructive criticism is very appreciated though! Thanks!
 
In a week all you will lose is water unless your eating severely under maintenance and burning 3200 cals a day. And dnp is not allowed here for discussion.
 
It's all the stuff you would do for a show, diaretics, dehydration, drinking distilled water, but it can take the sheen off your appearance regarding eyes and face to name 2.
 
You will not lose much fat in a week. As budda said, there are things like sauna's and laxitives which are used prior to shows to lean out as much as possible. Yes, taking 100 mgs of winstrol a week will harden you up a bit but that is not generally the recommend way of using steroids.
 
Rushing to drop as much weight as possible by using a boatload of winny, dnp, diuretics and god knows what else is just going to make you feel like complete crap and really isnt a safe option. high protein/low carb diet with low sodium, a lot of water and cardio each day would be the best approach. like the others said, you wont lose much fat in this amount of time no matter what you do so a cocktail of unhealthy chems isn't necessary
 
Slow and steady always wins the race with fat loss. It is recommended that a rate of 1-2 lbs per week of fat loss is ideal within a normal range of body fat. Exceeding that will lead to more catabolism and muscle wasting regardless of what you are on.

So in a week you can safely drop 1-1.5% body fat at best

Yeah, I scratched the DNP thought....I tried it twice for 2 days each and it sucked....would rather run 2 hours a day to lose fat than feel like that.

I've thought that route but it sounds miserable....was thinking a ton of cardio, mostly protein and maybe some clem/t3 would do the trick....just looking for other's advice.

My goal is to lose 2 pounds of fat in a week....probably won't bother screwing up my time off with winny as thats just silly I am realizing....PLUS I am the only one who will notice any changes that are of such little significance...thinking about it....most people dont notice other people as they are too concerned with being noticed themselves....huh....

After thinking about it further I completely agree with your approach...although I still may throw in a little clen/t3 for a week to see if I get an extra little boost. No AAs though. Thanks for your feedback.

agreed....I have always gone slow and steady in the past....dropped from 17% to 9% last year over 5 months....was just curious to hear what people say about a week cut.
 
Dandelion root pills are awesome too will take water out of you on a huge scale and so safe preggo women can take them to reduce water retention
