ONE SET but many different exercises??

I met this guy that competes and also I've heard from some other guys that this really works..
for example for chest you do 16 sets but using 8 different exercises but only 2 sets each...
or you can do 8 exercises one set each to failure
anyone use this method of training???
im thinking about giving it a go...
 
well go ahead and give it a try........ ive done it before and have made the best gains, but ive also done volume trainning and made some of the best gains........i think most training routines will work as long as you dedicate yourself to them..........each will give you different stimulus.......

i guess you could say everything works, but nothing works forever........

what i would do is 3 weeks on a certain routine with full dedication, then take a week off then do another 3 weeks with a different training routine with full dedication and keep switching up.........

also I think another plus is that with volume training
sometimes u lag on a set for whatever reason cuz you do so many sets using the same excercise, and I think the one set idea
helps prevent that...
