one pec noticeably bigger than the other?

sometimes when pressing a lifter will unknowingly drop one elbow down. So looking at someone benching from the top, one elbow would be at oh say 55 degrees out and one will be almost into their side say 10 degrees out. the side at 10 degrees is getting more delt/tri than pec. (think close grips) So the pec falls behind do to lack of stimulation.

My left pec is bigger than my right due to a bad muscle tear years ago. Damn sports ortho doc said it wouldn't need surgery.

lessen weght until you master your form and allow the weaker side to catch up. then slowly increase your weight from there. Too many people are too concerned about Joe blow next to them thinking they are weak so they lift too much weight and lose proper form leading to uneven muscles. Check your ego at the door, be in competition with nobody but yourself and master the lighter weights before you move on.

Have the same problem left pec bigger ,It also pumps up better than the right ,When doing barbell inclines or flat benchs ,I have switched to to heavy dumbell benchs and this has made a world off difference.
