Ok, since people are asking.... here is MY phtotest log...
I have to start off by saying that I've tried Dermacrine and Sustain in the past, both with very good results. They do what they're supposed to (and no one has put me up to saying this). I'm a huge skeptic when it comes to supplements, gimic OTC products, etc.... yet somehow, I still wind up trying them all (and blowing tons of money in doing so).
Anyhow, I started the phytotest exactly 1.5 weeks ago. Prior to that, I ran a dermacrine-only 4-wk cycle. For comparison purposes, Dermacrine gives you that all-over good sense of well-being...it helps recovery... definitely improves libido. It also makes a nice, mild kick-start to a cycle. So I figured it would be a good idea to run a back-to-back cyle of derma and phyto.
First Week:
During the first week, I wasn't sure exactly what I was feeling, though I was feeling a little "strange" ... I didn't put much stock in it because I usually feel "off" when trying new things (well, the ones that WORK anyway)... it takes a while for my body adjust....typically, one of the first reactions is panic attacks or headaches.
By the end of the first week, my body was acclimated, and I felt ok. Not sure if I felt anything earth-shattering. My understanding is that it takes a few weeks.
Week 1.5.
The biggest news to report is that I'm up about 3-4 lbs in 1.5 weeks... I'm not kidding...and it's NOT water-weight gain. My appetite has gone up, so I'm eating more (clean of course). My workout intensity has gone up a bit too. So it's a combination of increased appetite, workout intensity, and energy.
That's all I have for now... will update weekly.
I think this stuff is gonna work as well as claimed!
