The other day I trained chest and it seems that I've lost some condition on doing pushups with one hand. I have no problem when performed with both hands. This exercise is part of a mandatory set of exercises I need for my fitness routine...
I would like to know what do you recommend for gradually recovering and gaining strenght to perform this exercise... what would you suggest??
