hello, i had a question about fat loss and anabolics. I've been training for a solid 2 years now and am 20 yrs. old and at around 13-14%bf. I started at 240 and am now around 195 and have been able to put on about 35 lbs of lbm and have plataued as far as weight loss for the past year, and i was just wondering what would be the aas to use to get cut up to about 8-9%. Also diet has macro breakdown of p/c/f 50/10/40,i try to restrict carbs because they make me fat, all fat is mostly pb,walnuts,canola oil,etc. always switch training every 1.5-2 months currently trying to cut,not successful.train 4-5 times/week cardio every other,any input is appreciated
 
Do you have refeed once a week in your diet? That might be the problem if you don't have them. Your metabolism is probly stopped dead in its tracks.
 
just kidding...
you could try t3 to help your metabolism, but that might burn some muscle without using other aas.
clenbuterol would work nicely....
right now im on gh and t3, and it cut me up like a mofo, but i also think it chowed away some muscle :(
look into clenbuterol, and if you consider it, pm me and i will give you more info on how to take it.
