never did a cutting routine before. ive been bulking for a couple years and my bodyfat has gone up to about 14-15% at 5'7 210-212. so just getting into this now. id like to get some oppinions on how you guys feel about cheat days. basically gonna be doing a low carb diet, and was thinking of either keeping carbs to about 150 each day early in the day, or keeping them very low and then having re-feeds. what do you think
