Hey, I have the same problem with my forearms, and I find the deca cycle makes it worse because my other muscles are growing so fast and my forearms can't keep up. I'm concentrating more on forearms now that I'm winding down my cycle, and it's slowly getting better.
I find the worst exercise for this pain is preacher curls on the negative part of the rep, it is quite painful from the top of my wrist right to half-way up my forearm.
I would suggest working the forearms more and avoiding exercises that aggravate it.
