100g carbs-dextrose/maltodextrin 50g protein whey

I've been adding 2tb spoons of honey with 2 scoops of rocky road optimum in 20 oz. of gatorade.
 
I usually have Gatorade during my workout, whey only post-workout, and then whole food 45min-hour after that.

I don't think it matters as much as people seem to believe. Dex/whey or a MRP will both be more than adequate.
 
50g whey isolate, 35g dextrose, 35g maltodextrin. I adjust the sugar up or down depending on the muscle group I worked.
