On cycle, nails breaking. Advice?

I am on cycle, and it seems that my nails are breaking more often. Well, not always breaking, but sometimes will bend backwards, which can be worse. I tend to keep them clipped short, but it still happens.

I am on tren and enth at the moment, and taking a slew of vitamins.

3 times a day:
a multi, B complex, vit C, vit E, ALA, dandelion root, silica, glucosamine, flax, calcium.

I am also on a low dose of Propanolol which is a beta blocker, because I have essential tremors. (Benign hereditary tremors that usually shows up in the hands)

My girlfriend told me to wear nail polish, I just rolled my eyes at her. Does anybody have some advice?
 
I don't see how breaking nails is a big problem...just be more careful with your hands if you don't wanna break nails.
 
You can always try the clear nail polish. It is just for hardenening. Makes them shiny.

GF used to paint it on mine to keep me from biting them. Just in case you were wondering how I knew :)

Taking in plenty of fat. I don't think that is the problem.
My diet is currently 40% protein/ 30% carbs/ 30% fat.


I wouldn't normally care too much, but I don't like having those dark blood spots under the nail.
 
Often times brittle nails/hair as well as graying hair is a sign of copper deficiency. Most minerals in a tablet form are worthless. Best ones I have found are from Newvision, colloidal minerals.

With lofters, the common vits/minerals generally arent the problem. Most of us eat a lot more and suppliment a lot more than the normal person to begin with so we need to generally look beyond the norm. Our wonderfull government only recognizes a very small fraction of minerals when it has been proven that we need over 70 various elements to remain healthy.
 
Karde- Are you taking anti-e's? Low estrogen levels can have the effect you describe as well.

Nope, its not the governments fault we dont get nutrients, it is however the governments fault for imposing their bogus and false beleifs on us. They think they are all knowing and wise when in fact they are one of the most narrow minded organizations on the planet.....but then again, I guess when all your concerned with is the bottom line and not actually the people you have sworn to represent, then these kinds of things will happen.

Im just tired of our government making rules to harrass the minority just to feed their ego, when in fact there are much better things they should be spending OUR money on.

Are you trying to say that the 4 basic food groups and the food pyramid aren't gospel? Heathen!!
