on cycle, and WEAKER

Anybody

New member
exactly 4 weeks into 500/wk test E and i have NOT been feeling it lately. It took effect pretty quickly at first. After a week, maybe 10 days, i could feel the mood-changing effects, and my strength improved fast. Added another rep to practically every exercise every time i went to the gym. That lasted about 10 days or so, then suddenly i got weaker. My reps actually dropped by 2-3 on most exercises. This is very weird for me. If my reps drop by even one on more than one exercise, i know im having a bad day. And it's always better by the next time i get back in the gym. This has lasted about 10 days. I think i'm doing less than before i went on cycle for most exercises, or have at least lost the improvements i made in the second/third week. I'm not using an anti-E, could that be a reason?

did you gain any wieght if no i dont think it's legit stuff...you shouldnt feel really any mood changing effects on that dosage...you also have to look at your diet, if you are overtraining or not
how old are you and is this your first cycle?

OVERTRAINING, UNDEREATING, or just STRESS

sounds like bunk gear to me. Placebo effect lasted a few days and once that was gone the effects of "sesame oil" are none.

I'd check into your source.

Good Luck

in ur situation i do these things....:

1. take 2 days off from lifting
2. use the extreme horniness the juice gives me and bang my girl 12 times in 2 days
3. eat my face off
4. sleep a lot
5. dont go to any classes

ditto. this same shit happened to me as well. i took almost a week off, laid around, ate, beat off and did everythign i could to reduce stress. i felt the exact same way and its all a matter of eating and clearing your head.

I'm sure the gear's legit, it's a well-known source (GTP) and i put on 5-6 pounds of water in two weeks. I haven't been training any more than i did before the cycle either. Maybe not eating enough though. I don't count cals, i just stuff my face as often as possible and try to keep the cals clean. My eating regimen isn't consistent, but it's usually sufficient. Might have been slackin in the kitchen lately though. Also been kinda stressed with finals and the merry goddamn holidays. Maybe now that 2/3 of my classes are done i'll be my old self in the gym again.

Thx for replies

I am a firm believer that it is almost impossible to overtrain and maybe IMPOSSIBLE to overtrain on steroids...

I agree, a lot of guys are soft nowadays. ne ways, for the original poster, take it ez bro. dont go full throtle. see how youre reacting to the gear.

i was experiencing something similar on that cycle. that along with other side effects i was having made me terminate. take the advice of these other guys though.

Long-acting stuff doesn't even start working for me until around week 4. . .I assume it's the same for everyone else too. . .that's why we use dbol (or what have you) for the first 4 weeks. . .kick off! Wait a couple of more weeks and then, if no results, you might want to check your source.

Absolutely correct. This is the biggest problem I see when I walk through the gym these days. People walking through their workouts like zombies. If you are not putting forth maximum effort at the proper times during your workout, you are walking away with less than half the job done. Your mind plays a very important role in your ability to push yourself past the pain zone. If you can will yourself through the wall, the gains will come. You just have to flip the switch.

did you really just say he SHOULDN'T feel any mood changing effects on HALF A GRAM A WEEK ????
that is a decent dosage bro, definitely enough to affect mood !!

Yup, I deff. agree with that also. I only belive that people will undereat or undersleep... Stress is a huge killer of progress in the gym as well.

Another thing... your CNS (central nervous system) DOES need time off after extremely heavy training sessions to recoup... that's where sleeping comes in to play and a day off... days off are just as important to training days IMHO.

I will end with: Everyone is different. Experiment to find out what works best for you. It may take you years to truely know how you respond best.

Good luck bro.

bro, this is with me two this my second week in my cycle and its like i cant revover, my bck, shoulders and biceps are like hell.

I took like three days off and still hurts. Well, I was doing eq/test cycle but now i am gonna add anadrol to it, so i can train hard and not feel a thing!!

Well swordfish its science...Your body adapts to anything you do to it. Lets say your in the sun all day so you get a tan or you are a long distance runner and your endurance enhances to help you run farther and faster. So your body will adapt to any workout you put it through thats why theres a difference between regular people who workout and bodybuilders and World Strongmen because those people know that overtraining is just a excuse to hide away from pain.

Thats why you got no karma huh there genius...lol..kidding..but i see what your saying and i can understand now what you mean....makes sense...so i wonder why alot of bbers (pros) do 4 lifts for only 3 sets each? are we talking overtraining as in sets or excersises...meaning would you do something like this:
Incline Bench
Dumbell incline bench
Dumbell flat bench
dips
dumbell flys
cable crossovers

Isnt that a bit excessive....

limiting sets becomes necessary once you reach a certain strength level if poundage progression is what you're after and while aas improve volume tollerence to a degree they certainly don't turn a hardgainer into someone who can tollerate a flex routine.

When "ON," I go up in everything but I go down on bench. I know it sounds crazy but I dread chest day while on.....

I've (not on purpose) had really shitty sleep such as 2-3 hrs/ night on gear and made excellent gains. Your gear is bunk dude. If not, you haven't increased your caloric/protein intake sufficiently to support new growth....but i'm still goin with my first assumption.

Overtraining on gear possible? You better beleive it.

definitely possible.

if a person is training intensely and is either a) not getting enough rest or b) not getting adequate nutrition, or BOTH, they will become overtrained. the body will not have the nutrients or rest needed to recover from the training sessions.

to me, diet, rest and exercise are all parts of a training regimen, and a deficiency (or surplus when it comes to exercise) in any of them will lead to an "overtrained state", which slows progress to a halt, causes injuries, and generally makes you feel like shit.

even on AAS

i guess it's how you look at it.
