just thought i would post this i thought it was hilarious at the time, hope this guy isnt an elite member...

But i was at the gym this week when i noticed a 50-60 year old (terribly shaped) man working out ...but he had the most ridiculous outfit i had ever seen anyone wear in the gym......he wore a forrest green bathing suit that had like navy blue stripes down the legs, then a real low cut purple tank top...discusting nipples almost sticking out....then he had a walrus mustache and a yellow headband on.... but the kicker was he didnt have on any shoes he had on knee high black socks the ones with the little grip things on the bottom...i couldnt believe it....

it got better though when he hit the cardio he pulled up the bottom of his shirt and tucked it through his tank top exposing is whole enormous stomach... i was like what the fu#k is this thing......

some old fat dude took his shirt off in the middle of his set. he was doing bis on some stupid machine with no shirt on. all i could see was fat and hair!

a long time ago in a gym far far away

i was using the preacher curl machine set at 75lbs

old fat guy comes up and askes if im through

i smiled the smile of the young(i was 22) and said "you wanna change the weight?"

he frowned and said "yeah"

he then set the machine at its highest setting(i think it was 150lbs) and proceeded to yank that thing up so hard that it clanged at the top and then broke one of the bolts holding it to the floor.

at "witch"(here you go hollywood) time i asked him to stop and apologized for my attitude.(even at 22 i could admit when i was wrong.)

he smiled and set the machine down about 25 lbs and talked to me while he did his sets.

he was friendly the rest of the day and taught me a lot about lifting..

moral even if they look like wilford brimley sometimes you cant judge a book by its cover.
