A 270-pound man faked a heart attack to get out of paying a cab driver who took him to the Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee, a scam that had landed him in court five other times this year.

After the cabbie left, the guy went into restaurant in the mall, had a big meal and again pretended to have a heart attack when it came time to pay the bill. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was recognized by a doctor who had treated his previous phony heart attacks.




What a scam artist! The doctor should inject more fat into his main artery until he dies.
