Have you actually used Blue Stuff? I saw it on tv a few times and was actually thinking about ordering some.

I had a GALLON of water from this am until I started the trek. 18 miles mountain biking - of course it is about 90 today

It doesn't have anything to do with the dude you had a wager with on the bench does it?

Corn, I just had a major bout with the same problem. First my triceps siezed up... then my pecs completely cramped. My nextdoor neighbor is a former pro bike racer. He took one look at me and said, "You've got to drink Gatorade NOW. Your electrolytes are depleted." I chugged a bottle of Gatorade... and the major cramping did subside. Then I went out and bought a broad spectrum capsule (not tablet) mineral supplement... and extra caps of straight potassium. I am popping the caps three times a day for the next week.

You've depleted your electrolytes. This is just the early warning. The best thing for you to do is the same thing I am doing... replenish your body's supply of necessary minerals.

Funny you should mention that - he and I are working out together a couple of times per week.

there IS a 6' hot tub in my backyard.

Was that a pick-up line???

I think it was....

Good one as well, especially as I am a bit over 6', so the fit would be exquisite, I'm sure

but I do have this feeling that you are snickering somehow....
