my friend bought a whole fucking hugeass bin of mixed berry whey, and i had a scoop and a half in a huge thing of milk, and i stirred it and it all glooped together, and no matter how much is tirred it it wouldnt fucking ungloop. it tasted like shit, and was disgusting, and made me wanna die while drinking it -why the fuck didnt he get chocolate-

when i was drinking it, hes like "why the fuck did i buy this, i have no idea how im gunna get my moneys worth if i keep barfing this up"
and then hes like "oh well i guess im stuck with barf sandwhiches for a while"


-so then i wrestled on a full stomach of this shit, and made horrible diareah bowl filling after, and the whole bathroom smelled like berries!
 
see the only way to consume that berry shitness now is to throw it in a blender. then you get a berry whey, milk, and air shake. and the air takes up half the volume of the shake. i remember my first experience with weight gainers back in high school and i was so put off by all the air i had to swallow down and burp up. thank god i have whey that mixes well. i still have to deal with it though when i mix my g-plenish with sunny d. it's not nearly as much though so it goes down quickly and fairly painlessly.
 
i just add flax oil to my whey if I want slower absorption, that way I don't have to have 2 different jugs of protein

then why does everyone say not to mix your post work shake with anything? I know I have read that numerous times. Have read that adding fats does slow absorbtion a bunch of times as well. All misinformation?
