I am talking to customer service about a tracer I ask them to send out to UPS on 9/7 and the girl is like I just tracked it and it was delivered.

I just spent 10 minutes explaining that tracking and tracing are not the same thing and I would not need a tracer if the tracking information was correct and only the shipper can get the information from UPS.

Her supervisor says, "would you like me to call UPS"

WTF - YES, I WANT YOU TO CALL UPS.
