Seriously, keep an eye on him, try and get his plate number and make sure people know about him. You should be fine but just be cautious and stay one step ahead of him. He's probably just young, goofy and made akward and speechless just by looking at you.
I've reached one conclusion I've reached after years of hearing these types of stories from female friends. The difference between a "stalker", "weirdo", or "freak" and an "amazing romantic guy" is whether or not the woman finds the man attractive.
I make it a point of asking stalkers if they'd like to go to the shooting range with me for a bit because I have a new 9 mil rifle I'd like to break in.
Heh, that actually sounds like a great first date. If I asked a woman out and she offered to go to the shooting range with me I'd accept in a heartbeat.

Seriously take care. A long time ago, I had to drive my then GF home for six months because of a guy who she helped out with some change. Just kept showing up at her work. Creeped her out and the whole bit. Finally, the guy must of found a new victim because he stopped showing up. None too late either because she was going to go with a restraining order soon...
