Omega's chest routine sucks

Makes me feel like a pussy.

For anyone whos interested in the 75th chest program, its benching 2 sets of 10 with a weight that you can immediately do 50 bicep curls after (to failure).

(I bloody hate training biceps, I try and skip them all the time but I hate lying to my coach so I just do the flipping routine as designed)

See my avvie, years and years of NOT training biceps :)

I do agree with that. Not working my legs makes my ass big, so youre probably right.

Free for now. Public service kinda thing.

I dont know about you, but to do 50 curls to failure I have to use weights that are brightly colored.

Remember, use the same weights to bench 2 sets of 10.

I thought the title was "Obama's chest routine"

a solid chest routine starts with hitting your current weak points
-outer chest and upper chest for me and train heavy

Ya and he covers them points in his routine
 
iv only done omegas chest routine and it works great
i could only imagine his other routines would be just as good
