Changed my workout to a 3 day old school one... and my butt has not hurt this much in awhile! Pain... I love it! Squats, leg presses, lunges, and calf raises. Finally, the numbers are going up, too! Question: what are some good back exercises for old school besides ... chin ups, seated rows with barbell, upright rows, lat pull downs, deads...
