Older newby seeking advice

I think your doses are too high on everything. You basically have virgin receptors since you are 43 and havent done roids in yrs.Start out low doses, you can always up the amount in your next cycle. You need to know how your body is going to respond.Good Luck.

You're getting some good advice on this thread. Start slow because you're going to have an exaggerated response to everything. Testosterone levels in men begin to decline in the late third or early fourth decade and diminish at a constant rate thereafter. I would bet your natural test levels are only 50% at the level of a 20-year old. Concomitant with the fall in total testosterone is a rise in SHBG levels. This means what test you are producing is even less effective. (Good call to battle this with Proviron). So in one week you've increased your test levels expotentially and in 3-4 weeks will start growing like mad. Maybe, too fast-you don't want stretch marks. However, with the sides you are experiencing, replace (not add) 200 mg of test with Deca. Your prostate will thank you for it and your sides will decrease.

Assuming that your diet will be good (protien at 200+ mg per day, moderate fat, low carbs, lots of green veggies, lots of water, etc), you will be doing some cardio with every workout, you keep your workouts intense and you have good PCT supplies in place, I think that you'll be REAL happy with the results of the cycle that you are suggesting.

However, you might want to start the diet and cardio portion for a couple of months prior to adding the juice to your regimen. Get the body fat down a little. . .kind of hard this time of year but, I'd do it anyway.

I totally agree with the concern. However, consider the following: DD is rarely seen at doses under 400 mg per week. Therefore should not be a problem at such a low dose (200mg IM Q WK). He would still be taking 300mg of test + proviron. The proviron will bind up the sex-globulin thus increasing the net effectiveness of the test. Net effectiveness would be approximately equal to that of 500mg of test (if taken alone without proviron). That's plenty for a first cycle. IMHO.
 
If you value your hair, I would drop the proviron altogether. Don't really need it.

Also I would drop the dbol for var. No hair loss, no crippling pumps.Good quality gains.

i bet your bf is much lower than that.

I agree. Plus you can always bump up the doses mid cycle if you're not experiencing negative sides. Also, if you're not eating/sleeping enough, you're really going to be comprimising your gains. Personally I wouldn't use roids if I couldn't avg a solid 8 hrs a night and a minimum of 1-1.5 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight daily. Working out 1-2 hrs daily is easy-but balancing your day to day life(work, time w/ wife and kids, etc) with proper nutrition and recovery takes some serious work.
 
Hey bro, welcome. Being in the 40 crowd myself, I say stick to a test only cycle @ 500 mgs. per wk. Our natural test levels have dropped and the boost is much welcomed. I'd run the proviron throughout and like Steve the Bluesman said, try starting off with 25 mgs of dbol and see how your body reacts. You can always up it from there. YES take the saw palmetto & milk thistle.
As far as the weight scales go that you stand on, they send a current through your body that measures your total body fat, not just the fat on the outside of your muscles like the gym body fat calipers. You have fat that insulates your intestines, etc.
