Older Men with bellies!

That bellie is not going away by doing your typical middle class white boy work out. If you want to some day eat like an old fastioned American again and enjoy the American dream of eating the best food found on the planet and yet not be walking around like bimbo the clown, your going to have to join the world of body building. Not for the big musciles, (allthough you will end up with them) but to be able to eat and not look like your 9 months with triplets.
Heres what you do:
First two weeks!
One shot a week of Sostenon 250.
Every two hours, protien drink of 100% of whey protien powder.
Eat maybe two times a day sandwich of dry toast with tuna only.
start full body heavy work out. (check out internet for details)
every other day walk two miles, start out slow then fast enough to break a sweat.
Drink lots of water.
Take multiple amino tab three times a day, this will give you an erge to work out.
Do this for about two weeks.
Your bellie should have started to go down by now.
As you increase your heavy workout you can now start eating more and more until you are back to what your were eating before or even more.

But stay away from fast foods.
DO NOT EAT HAMBERGER!!! Hamberger is made in America by taking all the meat that no one wants from the cow, then all the fat is taken from the cow and treated for shelf life, then mixed with the meat. This change in the fat makes it so the body doesn't know how to use it so it stores it instead of burning it. "What the hell"
--Remember America is a place for friends of the government to make money at any cost. An example: In california Hundreds of thousands of small businesses went out of business with that electric bull, The electric company is a friend of the government, small business was not. Yes I'm upset because I lost a small meat place that sold me meat for pennies on the dollar compaired to the supermarkets--

But now you can eat all kinds of pasta, stakes, chinese, with all the toppings.
Remember your not trying to become a body builder your trying to get rid of the bellie and eat a shit load of great tasting food at the same time.

I got to a point where I had no bellie and I could eat 5 servings of italian and it just gave me a better work out the next day.

There is one side effect to the rutine above. I started to get this buldge in my pants so I went to the doctor to see what was going on. I thought it was cancer or something like that, it ends up it was my dick. I was getting erections again, I had forgotten what they were. Now I just have to remember what to do with this big oh erection. I remember it was something good so I asked my wife if she could remember, she just told me to put that monster back in the pants.
For a wife that can't remember:
Half shot of sostenon 250.

This is the stupidest diet I've ever seen. Please don't take his advice.

I admit it sounds a little stupid but think about it.
You have increased your tos level with the sostenon.
That gives your body the tools to build muscel.

You have lowered your fat and carbs to next to nothing.
Your insulin can get back on track again.

When you diet you loose almost even muscle and fat at the same time if you don't lift heavy.
So you start full body heavy lifting. I say full body because when you start lifting you can do the whole body in one day. After you have been lifting for a time, depending on the person and how much he has driven himself then you break it down to certain body parts for certain days.

The protien drink every two hours keeps the body from going into starvation mode(and storing everything you do eat, and you slow the catabolic rate) and at the same time causes the body to go into fat burning mode (when the body receives protien it begines to burn stored fat).

You are walking every two days that causes you to burn increased fat at no cost to strenth.

You will find after the third day you will stop feeling the need for all the sugars you were eating before you started the program.

now your body is starting to regulate itself properly.

You don't want to do this for too long, just long enough for the body to start to run properly.

Once the body is running properly you can now start to eat the right but good tasting foods and the body will start to handel them as if you were young again.

The more you work out the more you can eat.

You can keep the body running right by lifting heavy and walking.

You will also want to stop the coffie and start drinking tea.
Its been said that stoping coffie you'll get 10 pounds give away.
And get some calcium it also is need to lose pounds.

This might not work for everyone but I was so fat I found myself having trouble getting into my truck, After this program I came up with, after reading what body builders do before compitition, I lost the bellie for the first time in my life.

And only two weeks of suffering. But you need to start working hard in the jim or at home.

If you have a bellie that makes you look like your having triplets, it is safe to say that "the diet you are on is a stupid diet."

This diet did work for me, now I eat like a pig and my new found muscles eat all the fat away.
The more muscle you have the more fat your going to burn.
When you eat protien the body builds muscle and burns fat.
The higher the tos you have the more muscle you going to build.
The more fat you eat the fatter your going to get (sorry) Atkins is a 100% wrong when it comes to fat. If you don't beleive me eat a pound of bacon a day for a month I did I know. I like to eat fat.
No work out can undo a pound of bacon a day.
BUT, if your burning that fat fast enough you can eat to that point, because I'll tell you theres nothing greater then the tast of fat.

When you are older it get harder to get things running right.

You are going to have to take fat burning things and stack them.
Many people that have big bellies, their bodies have given up and all sencers are not responding anymore.
You need to jump start your system into working right again.
I have a nine year old son that drinks milk all day long.
He does nothing but play video games.
This kid puts twiggy to shame.
If I have milk with my coffie there goes my bellie again.
Why, because his body is working right, it's dealing with the situation.
If you want to start you system working again you are going to have to do every thing manualy until you can jump start it.
Once you got things going right you can start eating again. :chomp: :evil: :p :mix:
 
Are the people replying to this post really over 40, or maybe you guys have never been that out of shape. If you have never had a bellie that made you look like your having a bunch of babies then you realy can't understand how hard it is to get rid of it. I like to call it the run away bellie syndrum. Your whole body goes into lets get as fat as I can mode.
You have no hormones, your insulin system has stoped working, and you have the drive of a snail.
As anyone that has ever had this problem can tell you after your 50's there is not much juice in your body to turn this around.
Now if your in shape it is just a matter of eating less and working harder.
But if your out of shape after 50 eating less causes less muscle mass and working harder causes damage to the little muscle you have (because your body has no juice to build muscles).
So to reverce this you need to do certain thing to turn this around.
Now a person this far out of shape doesn't have too much will power, so this rutine take two week not months and as one sees the great changes in his body his willpower starts to increase.
Pro body builders when they want to cut go a lot "stupider then this"
They cut carbs to nothing, juice to the max, and start beating those there muscels to death. They'll do this for about a month and then after the show run out to Maky Dee's and pig out for a week.

Because water absorption in the body increases metabolism and ... 'it is a diuretic.'
 
hORRIBLE Diet idea i think, get on a regular diet like all of us and loose your weight the right way.. Im not saying that the above diet wont work, its just in my opion there are not enough calories in the above diet causing the body to store more fat then burning it.

This is the diet I use to jump start myself into fat burning mode. It's only for two weeks then things start to change; I stop craving the bad foods and start loosing fat very fast for me.

The bellie starts to go down, where as before the diet, it gets to a point of being out of control.

Without doing this first I can workout all day long and that dam bellie just hangs there.

This is just something I do.

I don't do it for more then two weeks because as I begin to work heavyer and heavyer I need carbs to feed the muscel to build.

The protien every two hours is anough for me to start burning fat like crazy.

Every one is different, but this is the only way for me to get that fat to burn.

Then once I'm flying I realy can eat like a pig (no fast food, or fatty meats)and I don't gain fat just muscel.

I should mention that I go half a year coffie and donuts, and then the bellie gets out of control then I go half a year body building.

But this time, because I'm getting older I think, it getting harder to loose the bellie.

I might have to start spending more of the year body building.

I should say, this is something to try, for those people that have a problem bellie that seems to keep getting bigger no matter what you do.

For me after doing this, things change, I begin to be able to lower my body fat, and waist size, big time.

But yes these are very low carbs, and the more I read my post, I would like to thank everyone for their negative responce because I should have stated that this works for me; and is not a diet to be followed by everyone..

I am just some dude that likes to lift, I'm not a doctor and anything I say is just my thoughts or things that work for me.

I have a very unique situation and a real problem bellie. I think it's the half year coffie and donuts.lol

I hope that this year, once I get back to peek condition again, Those donuts don't start looling as good as before. oooooooooohhhhhhhh dooooooonuts :p
